I bought this sauna 3 months ago and it has quickly become my favorite part of the day. Assembly was pretty straightforward and it looks really nice inside the house with the two-tone wood finish.
The heat gets to a great temperature and adding the red light therapy makes it feel like a real spa experience at home. It is super relaxing, heats up well, and has been completely reliable over the last few months of regular use. Highly recommend if you are looking to upgrade your routine.
I bought this sauna to upgrade my home wellness routine and it has honestly been a fantastic investment. The delivery arrived on a heavy pallet so you definitely need two people to carry the pieces inside but the actual assembly was surprisingly easy since the panels just buckle together. It looks beautiful and smells like fresh wood and the combination of the deep infrared heat and the red light therapy panel leaves me feeling completely rejuvenated after every session.
Just keep in mind that you need a special 20-amp outlet to plug it in and while it fits two people cozily it’s absolute perfection as a spacious luxury retreat for one.
I bought the Bergen mainly because I wanted both full-spectrum infrared and red light therapy in the same sauna.
After using it, I am glad I went with this model.
The heat is comfortable and gets warm enough for a good sweat.
The red light panel is a great feature and makes the sessions feel different from a regular infrared sauna.
The Canadian Hemlock interior looks clean and gives it a nice premium feel.
So far, everything has worked well and I would definitely recommend it.
I ordered the Wave Hot Tub online, a few days later I received a phone call from Peter letting me know that I had missed something when filling out my address, and he was calling to make sure everything was correct before shipping. He said if there is anything or any problems just contact me and I will help you out.
After setting up everything, we ended up having an electrical issue and the plug was damaged. I contacted Peter right away. He was awesome. Sent me a new part very swiftly. Super awesome! Love the hot tub! Customer service couldn’t be better. On a scale of 1 to 10… an 11. Thank you so much, we love our hot tub.
